Below are our meeting room and event space terms and conditions including our cancellation policy.

Rates:

Your meeting room rate quoted is for the start to finish time stated in you booking confirmation. You are welcome to arrive 15 minutes or so prior to your meeting room start time and wait in our ground floor area, until your room is ready.
The meeting room rate includes use of the meeting room booked for you and your delegates.
Any additional time used in the meeting room or any other rooms will be charged at an hourly rate pro rated by half hour increments.
We cannot guarantee access to the room prior to the start time booked as it may be in use prior to your meeting.
The meeting room rate does not include use of the hot desks and breakout areas. If you require use of these areas please speak to a member of the team who can advise on prices.
Please do not take calls outside of your meeting room around where other are working. Please find an appropriate place.
Please ensure attendees do not congregate in the open spaces around the building.

Food and refreshments :

Tea, coffee, water, cordial and biscuits are included in the rate for you and your delegates. These will be served & available in the room.
We can arrange catering for your meeting. We do require 48 hours notice to order this from our local caterer. Please ask for our catering options.
Please provide any dietary requirements in advance.
Food and drinks will be served in the meeting room at a time arranged with you to suit your needs.

Payment terms:

Payment can be made by BACS or by credit/debit card on the day of your booking.
If you require a Purchase Order number on the invoice please provide it in advance.
